Company installed sliding door on October 2019 and screen did not fit proerly. They promised a replacement but ave not done so.
Company replaced sliding door but the sliding screen did not fit properly. They came once with a replacement but it did not fit either. I have called and texted numerous times but the owner is not responding.
The work was performed in mid October of 2019.

Desired Outcome

A sliding screen door or a refund.

good morning this was resolved on friday the 14th there wae a screw up on the order our fault . but *** is satisfied thanhs bill m*** owner.

I am disappointed with their service, and I DO NOT recommend them. I ordered four new windows, I was told 6-8 weeks. At that time I had to call, and I was told that the wrong windows were delivered and they had to be re-ordered, so another 6-8 weeks. It was a total of over six months until they came to install them, which was only after I called Bill repeatedly to schedule the installation. When I was finally able to reach Bill, he commented that the windows had been sitting in his shop for a while. Should the provider have called me to arrange for installation as soon as they arrived? At the time of installation, I decided I wanted my sliding glass door replaced as well. Meanwhile, all of the screens for the windows were a poor fit, so the workers took them back to repair them. Fast forward over three months, they finally brought the "repaired" screens with them when they came to install my sliding glass door. The screens still did not fit, so they agreed to procure new screens and come back to install them, "in only a couple weeks". Also, while carrying the new sliding glass door through my condo, they put a gouge in my hardwood floor. The workers were very nice about it, and insisted that they would return to repair it. The new screens were delivered, after more calls from me to them (not the other way around), and left on my doorstep for me to install, over three weeks later. I installed them, and two of the four are still not fitting correctly. They also did not do anything about my floor, have not provided anything for repair. I have may multiple calls to Bill and the answering service to no avail. It's been over two months.

Factory, and I'll order again if incorrect.
I apologize for delivery delays that are beyond my control.

For over a year and a half we have been dealing with shoddily installed windows on our two story home in Merritt Island. From day one, windows were mismeasured and incorrectly installed resulting in water damage to walls and flooring. This company does not back its products or labor and has yet to replace a cracked window they installed. It is essentially thievery. Beach Windows is a dishonest and disreputable company. Please avoid doing any business with this company and spare yourself the property damage, financial loss, and absolute grief we have been experienced.

Beach Windows arranged to install the new window to replace the defective one over a month ago. They were supposed to CALL prior to arrival as our property is sprawling and we would need to know they were coming in order to meet them. They did not call and left a business card in the doorstep. Efforts to schedule this have failed. We do not receive return calls. The problem with the defective window remains unresolved. We simply ask that Beach Windows call to schedule this job, call to let us know WHEN they will arrive so we are aware of their presence on our property, and replace the defective window with the new one they have. Thank you.

I am extremely pleased with my new windows! Everything from the original quote to installation to cleaning the windows has been great. I was especially impressed with the installation crew. They were polite and very good about keeping the mess to a minimum. With any construction project there will be some dirt and dust but these guys were always right there with the vacuum to contain the dust as much as they could. Would definitely recommend using the company.

I represent a buyer of a condo that could not get clear title to the condo due to the fact that this company never closed out the permit.
The owner of this company has repeatedly left owners high and dry as he picks up his final check and never closes out the permit. I now represent a specific buyer, so I feel I have the right to file this complaint. Not only was the work not completed properly (I have the inspection report to prove it) but he refuses to answer daily phone calls asking him to please close out his permit so this buyer can get a clean title at closing.

Desired Outcome

We have already hired another vendor to make the necessary repairs to the windows. That's all we have asked, and have been asking for the last 30 days, was for him to close out his permit.

The vendor pulled the permit today. He has satisfied his contract.

I received outstanding service and technical support for new windows that was installed in our restaurant. Bill and staff were very professional and attentive to details. Well worth contacting for a quote and installation.

When we were given a starting date the men were here on time and really worked hard all day to get the block work and two windows put safe for the night
The following day the windows were all in and safe ,a lovely job.It all looks so good.It was all cleared and all the mess was cleared which was a big help.
We had a big surprise when we were told that two ladies were coming to clean the windows
The ladies arrived as promised and really did a fantastic job the windows are sparkling

Our experience with Beach Window and Doors could not have been better. After meeting with us, they worked within our budget, measured and ordered windows, kept us informed on manufacture of windows. When production was completed, they called us to schedule installation. Our windows were installed in one day. The installers removed and disposed of old windows, cleaned all installation debi, inside and out, and did a professional clean of the windows.
Now we hear no street traffic and the the new windows gave our home an updated look!
Mr M stayed in touch with us every step of the way and checked in during the installation and followed up after.
This is a family owned business with a personal touch and we would not hesitate to use them again!

Request $743.63 refund for services not performed. Window was not replaced.
A check for $743.63 on November 4, 2016 was issued to Beach Windows for replacement 3' x 4' window with a thermal crack. During the past year, Countless calls, messages and office visits were conducted by ***, the home owner, and her husband, ***, for a replacement schedule. William M, Owner of Beach Windows & Doors, failed to provide service or refund as requested.

Desired Outcome

Request a $743.63 refund.

Wrong sliding glass door installed last week in August. Had to put in wood petition to make up difference in size. Said they ordered correct door size and would be installed with in 3 weeks have made three phone calls will not return calls.gave them 900.00 deposit

This is the first notice I have received from the Revdex.com in regards to this complaint.
The original order placed for the Sliding Glass Door was 108" X 79.5" OXO, this is a 3 panel door,& was shipped & was the incorrect size. At that time the consumer in this complaint,***, decided to change the configuration of the door from the 3 panel to a 2 panel XO door. I then ordered the 118" X 80" XO Bronze door, which is now a custom ordered door, meaning they don't make that size, so that is what makes it custom. The replacement was shipped in October, & The door was shipped White & should have been Bronze. We immediately, that day placed a new order, on rush for a replacement custom door in Bronze, to the factory Lawson Industries. The new order has an approximate ship date of November 15, 2017. We will install ASAP, when door comes off the truck. I have attached the original order showing the size change of the door, & I have attached two other orders to show that the door was indeed the wrong color, and that we do have the correct color Bronze being shipped later this month. I apologize for the errors and untimely manner that this has taken, even though out of our control.
