Beachcomber Hot Tubs

on March 18, I purchased a new customized hot tub from beachcomber for $The hot tub was delivered on May with the incorrect tub coverthe morning of May 13, I observed the tub leakingI notified Beachcomber and they forwarded my service request to Eden Pools [redacted] verified the tub was leakingI requested follow action from beachcomber and was told by the Customer service Rep-Ms [redacted] to work with Eden Pools, basically she would like for me to cease contacting her [redacted] refuses to return my phone calls and has made two appointments with me and which they have failed to keep [redacted] has not provided a reason for the cancellations, nor do they call me to advise the appointment is being cancelledI purchased a product and nearly one month after have the purchase delivered, I have not been able to utilize my purchase I have lost the use of a product I purchased, my time and money due to taking days off from my job to meet with an Eden Pools Rep

I have been very unhappy with my beachcomber hot tub since I purchased itIt has been a constant financial drain due to the need for ongoing replacement of partsIt has always been in a state of repair and doesn't seem to be able to withstand Manitoba weatherCoupled with this, the after sale customer service has been terribleThe customer care line doesn't return calls or emails and the local representative doesn't follow up on promisesI would never buy from this company again
