Review: Reserved 2 weeks from July 6th thru the 19th of July. Spent 1800.00 deposit plus sent a check for an additional 500.00 to the owner on Feb 24th 2014. Ended up canceling the reservation on March 15th 2014. Have not received any money refund from the owner Nell Langford. Contract says no refund unless re-rented. Very unfair! She has plenty of time to rent this again. Also have not received additional 500 dollars I sent that is extra besides the deposit. Please help me to get my money back. This is so unfair for someone to do.Desired Settlement: Need to know that she doesn't rent the property in July if she isn't giving money back for deposit. Even though phone conversation and email says she will. Also the 500 additional which isn't a deposit needs to be returned immediately.
