Need my vacation deposit 1,260.00 returned
I booked a vacation rental with owner *** and her mgr *** Owner *** mgr *** and cancelled my booking without informing me and now no one is returning my deposit.
Owner *** said she did not receive the money from ***, and I did a google pay to ***, and *** will not answer any messages or phone calls.
I need my deposit returned$1,260.00.

We aren't able to take out vacation due to a medical issue of mine. I contacted this company with this information and was told that wasn't a problem and a full refund would be granted. That was in end of February, possibly early March. To date, no refund has been issues, the phone number that I have has been disconnected, the other phone number goes directly to voicemail, also all of my emails have gone unresponded to.
