I called and spoke with a receptionist who told me somebody would come out to our home at *** *** *** *** *** ** ***, to check the roof because we have some shingles lifting She said someone would be out but believed they were lifting because of wind damage without even seeing what I was referring to Whether that is the case or not nobody has contacted us and we have a life time warranty on the shingles and I have the paperwork to show for it I have tried to contact them three more times to find out if they did send someone out and we were not home or if we were over looked but have been unable to reach anyone at the company On Friday, the 10th of August, I called again and left a message saying if I did not hear back from them I could contact the Revdex.com on Monday, the 13th I was not home on the 13th, but there were no messages I called again Tuesday with no answer, so I told them I would be hanging up and contacting you with a complaint
I called three roofers to get bids on a home my wife had inherited in the Allandale neighborhood Perry roofing was not only the least expensive bid but as a retired builder I could tell that the estimator, Marco, knew what he was talking about and understood the challenges with this home With no access to the driveway to position a trailer for the tearoff he used plywood across the yard to back the trailer to a portion of the house where he could tear shingles off No ruts in the yard! The roof itself looks great and best of all after the inch rain Austin had the week of 3/26/there were no leaks! Also important was the fact that I found one nail and one tincap on the ground after the job was done Cleanup and not destroying plants in the flowerbed are a true sign of a company that pays attention to ALL of the details Thanks Marco and crew
