Had an extremely poor buying experience with this company and its owner, Robert Kopec. He would not take calls and when he did he was argumentative and obnoxious. No idea how he is still in business but as he is then it is a poor reflection of used car sellers...and buyers. We need to do better.

I can't stress enough to avoid this place and having to deal with the owner. He does not deserve your hard earned cash. He is the lowest form of human being there is - a taking, selfish, self-serving and sociopathic nature. Bought a used car here and it honestly is the worst decision of my life. Car has caused my a world of pain in costs but worst still was having to deal with the owner, Robert, who is a human slug.

Purchased the 2006 crystlyer pacifica in August of 2014. Many issues with vehicles which dealer was aware of.In August of 2014 I purchased a car threw beachside motors. After purchasing the car I had it inspected where the inspector stated that the inner tie rod had to be replaced. A few months after I went for an ordinary oil change where the service tech stated that the car should have never passed inspection. I spoke to [redacted] at beachside motors about the issues and he stated that it must have been my fault sense I had the car for 5 months. I had the car looked at but a professional Mechanic and he said The issues with the car are as follows: 4 tires are bald meaning no tread at all, ticking in the engine meaning motor must be replaced, tie rid on front end must be replaced both sides.Desired SettlementI would like beachside motors to fix the issues with the vehicle Business Response We thank you for bringing this case to my attention. Mrs. [redacted] purchased a used 2006 Chrysler Pacifica on 8/5/2015 with 74.309 miles at the time of purchase. The vehicle was sold with a Massachusetts limited used vehicle warranty against any defect, malfunction, or combination of defects or malfunctions that impairs its safety or use for a period of 60 days or 2500 miles, whichever comes first. Said warranty was signed and copy was given to Mrs. [redacted]. Further the warranty is explained in detail to each buyer/purchaser then the buyer would initial a box indicating understanding the warranty. Our records show that On 8/25/2014 with odometer stating 74.841 Mrs. [redacted] returned to our dealership for a failed "inner" tie rod and a drivers side lower taillight bulb replacement. These two items cost were only $15.35 in replacement cost. Our dealership replaced these parts as noted on Mrs. [redacted] vehicle inspection report. Mrs. [redacted] then had the vehicle re-inspected by the same inspector and was issued a compliant Massachusetts inspection sticker. These two repaired items were warranted by our dealership for an extended additional 20 days after the limited used vehicle warranty ran out. It should be mentioned that Beachside motors does not issue or is affiliated with any MA vehicle inspection station. Beachside motors strongly believes that a purchaser should have the privalage for choosing their own inspection station to have their vehicle examined by an indapendent mechanic, which is the exact case here with Mrs. [redacted] purchase. No further complaints of warranty issues were reported to Beachside Motors after 8/25/2014 repair date by Mrs. [redacted].On or about February 5'th 2015 Mrs. [redacted] stopped by our dealership and mentioned a different tie rod end will need servicing. I tried to explain after review of sale contract and warranty that at this date of time the vehicles warranty has simply passed. Again the limited warranty it's sold with and received on sale date of the 60 days and mileage has experied by (three months or further). Beachside motors obligation to the Limited Used Vehicle Warranty has expired.I personaly tried to explain to Mrs. [redacted] that it maybe possible that a differ tie rod other then the one our shop replaced on 8/25/2914 (this vehicle has 4) could need service, however I could not concur without a mechanical check. I certainly did not place or mean to impose blame on anyone as stated in Mrs. [redacted] complaint. Parts especially suspension items need replacements on regular basis. Even more so in NE where roads tend to be more harsh to drive on then states like Florida for example. Beachside motors offered a free inspection/examination of the concerned newly failed part but Mrs. [redacted] turned down our offer. Our offer still stands to oppease Mrs. [redacted]. Should she wish to make an appointment our staff would be very happy to try and help her with the vehicles service needs. I thank the Revdex.com for allowing us to reply to the complaint. Should your office require any supporting documentation forwarded for your review please do not hesitate to contact our office via email request. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)first of all I went to beachside motors and told him that the problem was not fixed.he told me that he fixed it and the problem was my fault.and I spoke to him about the tires , the two in front are bald and the back are dry rot. I also explained him about the ticking in the engine and he said that's how the Chrysler engines are. This is not a true statement because I test drove another one and if there was no ticking in the engine.I brought the car for an oil change shortly after and the gentleman told me that I should never have passed inspection.so I brought the car to my mechanic, and he explained all the problems with his vehicle. This is not a new problem this is how the car was sold to me.all I want is my vehicle to be fixed because I have a nine thousand dollar loan and five thousand dollars in repairs. I have a copy of all the problems that I would be glad to bring to beachside motors . I really would like to resolve this issue,I don't think it's fair to buy a vehicle in this situation with all these repairs .thank you for your time please get back to me as soon as possible.[redacted]Final Consumer Response see pdf.Final Business Response Thank you for the opportunity. Beachside motors further requests a copy of the MA vehicle inspection "re-inspected" form from consumer for its review. The form would be supplied by Auto Fuel & Wash Center llc dated after 8/25/2014We do apologize for not being clear on the particular report as it pertains to post repairs performed by Beachside motors as stated in previous response. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
