We rented and stayed at one of their condos at Sunbird 1207WWhen we arrived the condo was not ready or even cleanedIt was nastyThe place still had other peoples old stuff in the condo, old towels and sheets everywhere, food in fridge and trashWe called immediately with no phone call backWe had to go buy our own sheets, towels and cleaning supplies since none were given to usThis is completely insane to have to deal with on vacationWe called numerous times from 4-6PM with not one phone call backThe answering service just said sorry nobody is calling you backWe told her we would have to go buy our own sheets and cleaning supplies and she said okI am still in complete shock we received no phone call back
We finally had two teenagers come by after 6PM by then we already were cleaning the place and already bought our own towels and sheetsThe two teenagers who showed up were laughing about itNot one time did they say sorry just laughed We were there for one whole week with no phone call to apologizeThey were aware of what happened all the phone calls are recorded and we did not hear from anyone at allI work in Property Management and I was appalled that this is how they treat their customersMy husband also owns his own business and would never treat his customers this way
We drove hours to show up on July 4th to a filthy nasty place and then had to purchase our own sheets and then clean the place ourselvesSadly we have stayed in the same condo for years and would have continued for many yearsI still have received nothing not even a phone callI have pictures of how the place looked when we showed up and would love to share
