First of all I would like to say Dr Mcfatter is the best dentist that I have ever been toComing from affordable dentures in Tallahassee it was a night and day experienceHe was so concerned about my feelings and general healthI have never had a dentist go so farWith dr Mcfatter it seems like to me the sky is the limit
He must of went to the best dental schoolHe was so gentle with meI started crying because I had lost all of my teeth and he comforted me and made me feel like I was a human being againHe let me know to never give up on a beautiful smileWhere there is a will there is a wayHe asked if I was having problems sleeping and I said yesI asked, how did you know? He said when you don't where dentures the toung will grow and get widerWhen this happens it blocks your breathingYou will not get the oxygen needed for a good night's sleepAlso had spider veins on my anklesHe asked if I had family history of diabetes and I was shocked and said yesHe is a Tru dentist and may have saved my life

I offered to redo the fit of his dentures and lower connectors at NO CHARGE.  I did not place or treatment plan his implants and he was made aware prior to any treatment that HIS choice of treatment plans and the placement of the implants would limit our results.   The reason he is being...

charged  to redo his dentures was based on his wanting the dentures to look different ,not due to the fit since I was not charging him to refit them. There is a cost to reset the teeth for a different look after he has approved the way they look before they were made.  Prior to making the final dentures he was able to view the dentures in his mouth with a mirror in hand and make any changes to them he wanted.  At this "try in" he was able to view the dentures in his mouth with a mirror and have them moved, shortened or lengthen.  Any changes to the way they look is customized at that appointment as part of the process in making his new dentures.  The dentures are not made until he approves the way they look and then signs a release that states in part 'I cannot make any other color, size, or shape changes without incurring a fee..."  ..."My signature below indicates my FINAL Approval and I understand that it is the point where I can make NO other changes to the denture"  The form is in his chart signed on 12/9/2014In May we reset his teeth FOR FREE and he again approved the looks, while in the chair, with a mirror in hand  and the dentures in his mouth and we reprocessed them at NO CHARGE just like he saw them in the mirrorWhen we discussed his desires and complaints recently we mutually  came to an agreement based on the fact that he wanted to change the looks and the fee was agreed on to be $1300 which is the fee to change the looks and repeat ALL of the steps he had approved of before including the try in appointment so he can approve the looks.   This fee is paid in advance to begin the work and when he came in to begin he refused to pay  and left.  If you need a copy of the form he signed we can fax it to you  [redacted] can help at 229-377-6588[redacted] DDS
