property based on limited availability in town and a rate that reflected the construction being present. Any complaints logged at the front desk were addressed and made better by either a repair or a room move immediately when it was logged. A free hotel stay was not awarded to the complainant because we are independently owned and operated and cannot give free nights at alternate properties in Florida as requested by the complainant. The university's booking agent/coaching staff accepted a final bill without rebuttal and this complainant came at me completely separate from his university and wanted something for himself only I could not deliver. We had to agree to disagree. We stand behind our product. Thanks for the opportunity to rebuttal....
I've been asked to share my Beachway expierence with everyone and I couldn't be happier. My son went to Beachway about 6 months ago from our hometown in Ohio and he's still in their transitional program. The facilities were excellent, the staff was more than kind (especially [redacted] and he got the care he desperately needed. I think [redacted] would of died if he didn't go to Beachway and turn his life around. From one parent to another, if your child has a problem - send them to Beachway! Thank you and God bless!!
