Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response received was fabricated and inaccurate.  The reason I missed appointments were due to the severe weather.  I was told that if I started the program, my hair would not continue to fall out.  I lost almost all my hair while taking the laser treatments.  Once I started to use nature oils my hair begin to grow and when I stop the laser my hair really started to grow.  This system just didn't work for me and the clinic had obviously not dealt with someone who had lost their hair due to a Stelara injection.  And as far as the statement "she cannot afford this anyhow" this is totally NOT TRUE, I never said that.  I would not have signed up for the treatment if I could not afford it.  I can provide my credit card statement to show that the card was paid off almost immediately.  This response is so fabricated that it's unbelieveable, I hope no one else in treated in this manner, but I would not be surprised if they were.  I know the client had to realize that this treatment was not working for me, but they will not admit it.  I lost $3,500 because I believed this system would keep my hair from continous fall out.  I was totally wrong.
