Gunn disclosed the damage and had our body shop explain what they did in detail to the vehicle at time of delivery with Mr*** We met with *** *** and he has decided to keep his vehicle

I am rejecting this response because:Hi.  In my last visit to the dealership I talked to [redacted] manager.  He did accepted that the vehicle had gone thru a major damage that I was not told about.  They told me that they would give me a compensation and we we’re going to meet on Wednesday with the person that was authorized to write the check.  But today I called them to set the appointment but [redacted], called me back and said he was  not going to give me any compensation.  The only way they said they could help me was to give me 25,000 in trade in when the vehicle cost me 35,000 to start off.  This I cannot accept.  After that he told me that they could not help me anymore.

Gunn Chevrolet has tried to call Mr. [redacted] several times today regarding this situation. The phone numbers that we have on file don't ring and say that voice messages are not available. Mr [redacted] please call John M. AT [redacted] to discuss....

I am rejecting this response because:  they did not disclose to me the damage when they sold me the vehicle. They did agree that the truck had more damage that what was told me when sold. That told me a manager would call me the following week to give me a compensation. I called that week and spoke with John m. He told me that they would not give me Anything.  They just said what did you expect from a demo with 5000 miles.  It was a surprise to me, to hear that the vehicles was a demo. The salesman never mentioned to me about the truck being a demo. Thank you

Tell us why here... [redacted] sent all the paperwork to DMV Nationwide on April 12th. She has been going back and forth with them on things they say were missing from forms to shortage on TT&L.  She emailed them for another update on May 31st and was told it is just pending at the New Mexico...

DMV.  They will mail the plates directly to him once they are done.  I am told that the Buyers tag had expired and [redacted] got him and extension tag, his extension tag is currently good until 6-26-2016.  Per Cat at DMV Nationwide the plates should go out to the customer this week.

I am rejecting this response because:I am on a trip out of the country and would like to reply to the Gunn Dealership reply. I never received another temporary tag. The salesperson sent me via text a copy of the temporary tag! I asked him to mail it to me and when I return I will check my mail and let you know if it was sent. Very poor customer service .
