Complain [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Hi In my last visit to the dealership I talked to [redacted] manager He did accepted that the vehicle had gone thru a major damage that I was not told about They told me that they would give me a compensation and we we’re going to meet on Wednesday with the person that was authorized to write the check But today I called them to set the appointment but [redacted] *, called me back and said he was not going to give me any compensation The only way they said they could help me was to give me 25,in trade in when the vehicle cost me 35,to start off This I cannot accept After that he told me that they could not help me anymore Regards, [redacted]
