I am rejecting this response because: It has been a year since the initial complaintBecause this is warranty work the contractors are not in a hurry to finish the job. There has only been two rainy days in the last month and no one has contacted me about finishing my driveway

Me and my family bought our house in we have had multiple issues unfortunately these issueshborhood septic tanks being put in incorrectly and not to code; paperwork that was submitted incorrectly to the county and environmental services stating that houses are smaller than what they are so that way they can trying get around the septic tank size issues after over your fighting we are finally able to get our septic tank size up to code and drainfield it took multiple complaints phone calls emails and threats to finally get the work completed the problem started 1/months after we bought the house which was April when we first saw an issue, and the problem was not resolved until February we have had issues with our carpet we've had issues with plumbing flooring and more things than I care to list warranty doesn't have a cover anything in the builders do not stand behind their product unfortunately the entire subdivision has had this problem as well as other Subdivisions down the road at the Beacon builders has builtStay clear of this builder! Though they have fixed some mediocre things such as nail pops and issues with electrical systems that we had which we never should have considering this is a brand-new house it takes forever for anything to get done paperwork and contracts are never the same they tell you one thing and you find out another I wish we would've never bought this house, the amount of money and time we have had to put into the house which is brand new is ridiculous and the time and effort it takes to try and get anything done is so mentally and physically exhausting and on top of it you can never reach anyone in their office or with the warranty unless you call multiple times a day and send multiple emails

The worst company I have ever seen. You would think that a home builder in such a small community would care more about his name and the quality of his work. I have had nothing but issues with Beacon Builders and after two years of owning my brand new home the work has yet to be complete. All you will ever receive is excuses and they will not take ownership of their short comings. I would run in the opposite direction of this builder. There are other builders in the Savannah area that take pride in their work and name, I just wish I would had know what I was getting into prior to investing my money.

Beacon Builders contacted Ms. Robert on Wednesday, August 16, 2017, regarding the issues with her home  We have set up an appointment for Wednesday, August 23, 2017, with Ms. Roberts, a new painter, and our Production Manager to go over the drywall and paint issues.  We will also address...
