I am rejecting this response because:I have not received any communication from *** *** since November 3, He did not reply to any of my communications regarding my questions about the state of my refinance or request to refund my home appraisal costs after November 3rdI contacted him before I contacted the Revdex.com and he simply ignored my communications and phone callsThis is not an acceptable way to conduct businessIf he was seriously going to finish the refinance why the silence?

Hello, ? I tried to respond to this message a long time ago but it appears I responded incorrectly.? I have no problem refunding the $as long as it's not reflected as an consumer complaint with the Revdex.com? Yes the waiting period was extended due to the unforeseen heavy increase in
mortgage applications in late summer and early fall of this year.? We simply ask the complaint to be removed from our record due to the following reasons.? The email the ***'s are referring also states no charges would be accrued in addition to mutual timeline we agreed to.? Therefore even if it took four months to close they would still receive the same pricing as a or day closing for example.? I also stated we would credit the per diem difference of their current interest rate and the new interest rate as if the closing took place based upon standard industry timelines? We had every intension and ability to close upon the original terms and were willing to refund any additional costs until we received this complaint.? I would also like to note my promising to make right was sent before the Revdex.com complaint was filed and without receiving any negative communication from the ***'s.? I believe in treating others as I would like to be treated and therefore the reason why I sent my email to the ***'s in the first place ? Could you please confirm receipt and let me know if you require anything further than the correspondence than the message above.? I look forward to settling this manor in an acceptable way for the ***'s, the Revdex.com, and Beacon Financial?
