weeks ago I woke up to a hole in my living room ceiling caused due to a leak in the apartment buildings roofAll of my furniture was destroyed causing $in damageItems that were included in that was my iphone 128gb, my lovesac (supersac size) my sofa and my coffee tableI had renters insurance through *** so I filed a claim through themI call my property management company that morning to tell them what had happened so they sent a crew in there to throw away all of my destroyed itemsIt has been weeks and my carpet was just repaired yesterdayI still have a HUGE hole in my ceiling and beacon holdings has not paid me for my items destroyedI told them that I don't feel obilgated to pay March's rent ($875) because it is in an unlivable conditionI was told that if I don't pay my rent that they will kick me outI am very upset about this matter and feel like I am being bullied
