Beacon was hired by the new builder in our neighborhood to manage day to day break/fix operational issues
Beacon has done absolutely nothingThey promised to make much needed repairs in our neighborhood in early spring which still have not occurredNot only have they not occurred, they lied saying repairs were actually made when they were notWhen confronted, Beacon verbally insulted the residents on this neighborhood
We have no communication with or from BeaconThey are unresponsive to any communication, whether it is phone calls or emailsMost go unansweredIn the rare occasion you do get a response, they fail to address the actual question/topic
Our experience with Beacon, as a neighborhood, has been horrendous
