This has been resolved with the client [redacted]. Instead of going through and disputing all of the comments on the complaint, I will just say that I disagree with everything about being overcharged for services that weren't delivered - we bill for our services after we complete the work and...

let clients float 15-30 days on paying us. There was a valid issue where nobody from my office got back to [redacted] in a timely manner and that wasn't acceptible while I was out of the office and I talked to him personally about it and fixed the issue. Aside from the poor communication issue, the rest of the complaint information isn't accurate and can be discussed with the person that filed the complaint to clear it up.

Review: I've been doing business with Beacon Marketing since February. The customer service has been awful, to be quite honest. I've had numerous issues with the owner of the company, [redacted] Fipps. Back in June, I went through my invoices and recognized that I had been charged for well over 100 Leads/X-Dates that I hadn't ever received. This was eye opening. We are talking about over $1,200 of charges for services I never got but I had paid for them. [redacted] returned my emails after a few days, which was aggravating. He rectified this issue. [redacted] explained to me that he would call me weekly with a recap of the work his marketing service has done. We'd also update appointments that they had set for me. I also asked [redacted] at that point and I remind you, I asked [redacted] in February to send me an invoice every month. Beacon would EFT my business account on a monthly basis and NEVER sent me an invoice despite my numerous requests for a monthly invoice. I asked [redacted] to change my processing date and also lowered my monthly budget with Beacon.

This past month, things took a turn for the worst. I had a normal withdrawal made on the 11th of August. Each month there is only one withdrawal. Then on the 18th I had another withdrawal made. I was incredibly upset. I contacted [redacted] immediately and he called me back. Explained that on the 19th of August the money would be credited back to me. It was found at that time that [redacted] had not only sent my invoices to another agent but my leads as well. So I had 2 withdrawal made and never received an invoice for either of them. Nor did I receive an invoice for multiple other withdrawals made. On the 20th of August, I still hadn't received my money back. [redacted] emailed me on Friday the 22nd after my numerous attempts to get a hold of him. He sent a brief email stating he would call me. He never did. [redacted] has avoided every single one of my phone calls and email attempts during the week of August 25th and has yet to get a hold of me in regards to this matter.Desired Settlement: At this point, I want a full refund of my money from Beacon Marketing. I shouldn't have gone on this long. [redacted] NEVER did the things he said he was going to do. I question the validity of the X-Dates/Leads he was getting me and he never followed through on anything he said he would do. At this point, he is straight up ignoring my emails and phone calls. I've asked him to just simply call me so we can figure this out.
