Review: I had a six month leak in my apartment that was constant and it was over the main circuit breaker of the apartment. I complained multiple times over six months and the leak was never repaired. At one point it was simple painted over only to return again.I notified the Landlord that I was breaking my lease due to health (due to mold and water collection) and safety (due to leak over the main circuit breaker of the apt) concerns. I was told that I would only lose my deposit. 3 months after I left I was sent a bill for the remainder of my lease (the bill had inaccurate accounting on it as well) even though I was told by the landlord that I wouldn't get any further charges. I called the main company and disputed the charges with "[redacted]" who said she would investigate. I called back multiple times and left multiple messages. She never called me back and sent my bill to collection which adversely affected my credit. Despite having a voicemail from her saying she was dealing with my account she later claimed never to have talked to me. They ruining my credit and despite having an active dispute they ignored me and sent my bill to collections and further refused to discuss anything with me. There was a clear violation of the lease by the landlord for not repairing or changing and unsafe and unhealthy apartment. There was never any need to further exacerbate the situation by ruining my credit by sending the bill to collections and ignoring my requests
