Hello, In regards to compliant #*** against Beacon Natural Market, we resolved this issue when the product finally arrived at the store and promptly called the customer to let her know it was inWhen she came to pick up the filters she owed an approximate $difference after the
exchange which we did not charge her for as an apology for our lack of immediate attention to this matter as with new/changing staff the issue did not get communicated properly amongst us as it usually does Please let us know if you need any further information from our end - thank you Beacon Natural Market *** *** ***
