TO unhappy customer In response to your second letter of disaproval of coming into my floral shop in the middle of the day on mothersday this will be the last time I respond to any correspondence regarding this matter .clearly the fact that you were unhappy with my fisrt response and have to continue with this nonsense makes it very evident that not only are you the one being confrontational but you clearly find nothing that makes you satisfied which is the whole problem you had with what I was trying to arrange for you.after three attempts and you still wanted to nit pick I said I dont have time for this ,maybe you should go somewhere else.so I hope you did and you were happy.like the saying goes "YOU CANT PLEASE EVERYONE ALL THE TIME BUT YOU CAN PLEASE MOST OF THE PEOPLE MOST OF THE TIME SINCERLY BEACONHILL FLORIST

To the disgruntled customer-first of all lets clarify that you did in fact come into my flower shop on mothers day around 2:45 the the day of this holiday,second of all the two women you refer to that didnt help you in anyway due to me taking care of someone else are my wife and 87 year old mother...

who came there so I could see them on mothers day they were not obligated in any way to help you.they were going to be leaving shortly .when you were asked how much you wanted to spend you responded and then said what will that look like ,I said ill show you when im done making it .you were shown and then wanted to change a few stems I changed it you still didnt like it this went on 3 diffrent times other customers were waiting and I said I dont have time for this you should go somewhere else I had already spent over 20 minutes to no avail.for her to have the audacity to accuse me of putting dead flowers or inexpensive flowers in this bouquet is comlpetely false I would have to say to her to accuse me of shoving the flowers in her face is ridiculous,I hve been in the business for over 45 years and wouldnt be whith kind of behavior.for the future if you want the best selection you need to visit the florist earlier than mid afternoon day of holiday.this clearly wasnt a priority to her.
