*** ***, we are already in contact with her in regards to getting a refundWe are not trying to fight her in any way on this one, and I think it will be resolved shortly

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Regards,
*** ***
That information was put on their site months after I had the problems with themUnfortunately I did not print their web page before I purchased the software You have all the emails I sent you from them trying to figure out how to get their software to work on a Mac.
If you no longer have all those emails I will send them to you again.
If you read the emails it is obvious that they did not know how to install the software on a Mac
It is a shame that they can do all this after the factEven if I wanted to try what they are saying now, their passwords are time sensitive and I cannot try to use the software and resolve this issueI would be willing to try this with their NEW instructions if I had a pass code that worked and then I would let you know if this was adequate
Thanks you for your continued efforts on my behalf

For the first one, *** ***, we state on our website that our software does work on a MAC through proprietary softwareThere are many options customers have in which to get this doneWe are still
willing to help her get the software working for her if she would ever like to do so
Here are the pages from our site that state how to use it on a MAC, and also what our refund policy is

If you refer to the instructions on our website, it details what is needed to install it on Windows. Ms. [redacted] needs to purchase a Windows operating system to work with VMware. The link again is http://www.beadcreator.com/pages/mac-support
I'm not certain what she is referring to, when saying that the passwords are time sensitive to use the software. We issue serial numbers that never expire. If she would like to try to resolve this, and get the software installed on her Mac (which we do frequently), she'll need to ensure that she has the appropriate software configuration for her Mac (as detailed above on the link). She can also schedule a remote installation (also free) and we will help her with it. Regarding her reference to the word NEW in her response, we frequently update this info as new products become available, as does any company. However, this information was readily available in a previous form; we only added the new VirtualBox info and the update on WinOnX software.

Review: I ordered a book from BeadCreator on 10/19/13 for $46.84, paid on my MasterCard. The book was never shipped. On 7/8/14 I received a mass email from BeadCreator saying that the book would not be arriving and that they would refund the purchase price via a prepaid Visa card to arrive within 2 or 3 weeks or via credit toward a lifetime membership (which I already have). I contacted [redacted] via email that day to ask for a refund to my original credit card; she replied and said that was not possible. This was the only communication I received from BeadCreator. I called and left a voice mail for Jenny and asked for the prepaid Visa since that was the only option. I never received a response to my voice mail. I have since emailed again to inquire about the status of my refund (7/28/14) and also called and left voice mails for Jenny and Chuck Surprise (7/30/14). The BeadCreator people do not seem to be answering their phones. I have not received the refund, nor have I received any response to my emails or voice mails.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a refund credited to my MasterCard. Failing that, I would at least like the prepaid card that was promised in the mass email of early July.

Review: In June 2013 I called them and asked if their product worked on a MAC. I spoke to [redacted] the owner and he assured me it did. I paid for the product on June 12, 2013. It did not work. I was ill and could not install the software until August 2013. at which time I had several emails trying to get help installing it. They did not send the correct link originally. I spoke to [redacted] who sent an apology email saying he should have handled this himself. he sent a new link for me to use, on August 6,2013. Then I was told the version I bought for $149.95 was not the full version which I had wanted. I asked if they could put that money towards the full version and was told no. I needed this and paid for the other version at $249.95. There were about 10 emails until August 22, 2013 when I was told they would do a remote install. In September after many many emails (all of which I have documented) they said they have an add-on that would work. That was September 23,2013. Still no word from them, October 1,2013, I sent another email. Got a reply that they were working on this. Got another excuse October 16, 2013 that [redacted] was sick and wouldn't be working for a week. All through November and December with about 15 emails I got promise after promise about a different add-on fix.[redacted] got involved and again apologized and tried to help. I requested a refund. On December 5, 2013 [redacted] emailed me and said he spoke to [redacted] and he was going to send a refund to me. On January 26,2014 I emailed [redacted] about my refund and have not heard from anyone. There have been 37 emails total for this problem. After this there was an add on to their web site that said no refunds after 30 days.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the original version of $149.95 and the second version I purchased for $249.95 a total of $399.45.Really I would like for the software to work but that seems impossible at this time.Just received information that they are saying it can work on a MAC I included that in my uploads
