My first order was delivered quickly but was unusable. I ordered a second time not know that order was from the same company and it took over a month to get. I also cannot use 8 of the items as they too were damaged. I get little if any communication with her so I am pretty much out $60 dollars. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Customer currently has me blocked to talk to her personally about resolution. I can not replace items if I do not know what they are and can not communicate with the customer. If customer would return products I would refund .

You responded via email earlier. If email is an issue this needs to be changed on the website and invoice. I don't have you blocked on Facebook because I wouldn't be able to see you at all. Yes, I would like a refund please.

I placed an order through this company on 3/21/20 for screen prints and sublimation prints in the amount of $56. I was invoiced on 3/24/20 and paid on receipt. One of my items was a preorder and I understood that my order would not ship until the preorder was delivered to her. Her preorder came in. I sat back and watched (via her Facebook group) order after order being received before me for people that placed orders after me for the same product. I had made several attempts to contact owner using different Facebook methods and it wasn't until 3/31/20 that I received a response. I received my items on 4/6/20. When I was going over my merchandise there was 1 print that was incorrect and horrible quality, 3 prints that were not the right color and had horrible quality as well. One of my custom prints was not sent to me. The screen prints that I ordered were wrinkled and some are unusable. There were other quality issues on the majority of my order. When I contacted her she said that she would refund for 5 prints. A few moments later a notification came through stating a $8 refund. After receiving this message I tried to reply to her to see if I would be able to get my corrected prints. I was unable to do so as she blocked me from sending messages to her in any form through Facebook. I could not message her group page, business page, or personal account. This is completely unprofessional customer service and unacceptable. I cannot use these prints for my customers due to the poor quality. On a side note, she is also selling many designs that violate copywrite and trademark laws. This includes 2 print she sold to me that were trademark Disney images. (I will not be selling or using these prints for anything now that I know the law as I am not comfortable violating the trademark/copywrite.) I would like my full $56 dollars back and for others to know the many pitfalls of this company.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like a full refund for the total amount paid plus what I paid for shipping as her product is so poor that I cannot use them. Had I received proper customer service and correct product I would not be taking such action. I do not wish for replacement of any kind due to the poor quality of her finished product. It was not as described at all. I originally paid $56 including shipping. Received a partial refund $8.33 leaving $47.67 that needs to be returned to me.

I asked the customer to return said products for a full refund and she refused. I am not in the business of giving away merchandise. This matter has already been resolved through PayPal dispute.

I was NEVER offered the option to return products for a full refund. I would have done so if I was given said option. There has also been no PayPal dispute filed, let alone resolved. I was simply refunded the $8 and change. I was quickly blocked and removed from all groups right after the partial refund. I have maintained records of all conversations between myself and Ms. M. and the business page for Bead Dazzled designs. Attached are screenshots of conversations and also pictures of some received products. Some photos showcase poor quality/damaged and one photo includes images that were sold that are copyright and/or trademark infringement. As mentioned in my original complaint, I will not be using any Disney images for business or personal use as they are protected by Disney.

I am not willing to pay for shipping on products that are damaged or unusable. The point is that I was sent prints that are unusable to anyone that cares about quality and customer satisfaction. Approximately 15 prints were illegally sold to me as they are copywrite and trademark infringements.

Customer will only be refunded for transfers returned. I only print transfers,these designs are inspired. Once transfers are received I will add up amount to be refunded depending on the number.

Seller had lied to me on multiple occasions and lied in her responses to the Revdex.com. I am not paying money to return defective product. I have never paid ANY company to return defective product. I am tired of the lies and deceit and I just need my money back. Seller should write transaction off as a loss like any other respectful business would do. If this does not get resolved I will be contacting my attorney and pursuing litigation at the sellers cost.

Return products for full refund. There is nothing further to be said and do not know of any companies that would not require this. It's all I'm asking for and have been asking for. Buyer has stalked me on Facebook under alias names and accounts and I have warned several other companies about her scam attempts. Return products for full refund.
