I saw an advertisement on *** regarding this company and how great their products are and to try with no obligations their products for only the delivery fee of $4.95 for eye cream and $4.99 for face creme.

I checked the Ad thoroughly for any small print regarding auto refills or hidden costs and found nothing, if fact there was a Q&A asking that same question regarding auto fills and the answer was a clear no that you would not have to cancel an order or call to stop an repeat orders and nothing further would be charged on my credit card.

On Feb 21 I was charged 4.99 & 4.95 which I had authorized.

Then I discovered on March 07 my *** was charged $118.87 and then on March 09 I was charged $114.64 which was NOT authorized.

I called the number noted on my email (646-493-5714) and after much discussion with an agent she transferred me to the supervisor ***. I explained the situation and he told me that I should have read the terms and conditions, I reviewed the emails sent to me and there were no terms and conditions noted so I asked him to send them to me, which he said he couldn't.

I told him to not quote terms and conditions if he can't send them to me.

He finally agreed to credit me back the charges that were not authorized on my credit card of $118.87 and $114.64, this was done on March 26.

A few days later, I checked my *** account and found that this company has charged my *** again this time $119.63 on March 25 and $123.82 on March 23rd. I tried calling the same number to have these charges removed and now that number just rings and then I get a message that the call cannot go through and no option to leave a message.

I sent them an email on April 9th explaining the situation and who I had spoken too and to have them credit me back the 2 new charges immediately and to send me a confirmation that this has been done either by email or call my cell number at *** if they needed to speak to me.

I have not heard anything back from them, so I would like to formally put in a complaint regarding this company and their business practices.

I do expect a full refund for the additional charges that were not authorized to be charged to my ***.

I just sent another email asking for them to respond and/or refund as requested.

I am hoping that involving you will help me get back the refund I am requesting.

Looking forward to your help on rectifying this situation.
