Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sadly, the response received from the business only shows that they are in fact not willing to take responsibility as they should, and therefore, by no means see customer service as a priority They are also very dishonest: I had another service done at [redacted] on 9/1/16, scheduled weeks before this date My usual contact person was there to handle the transaction The charge to my credit card however is from Beamer Auto! Additionally, the card I received informing me of the move clearly states that they are relocating the business This is why I am making this complaint to Beamer Auto, because my business indeed was carried over They know about this very well, and yet they are choosing to lie about it rather than taking responsibility If they cared about their customers as they claim, they would be outraged by what happened and they would want to make this right by me! Their fraud put me in a very dangerous situation and this should be unacceptable to them as an ‘honest’ business.Lastly, I do not understand why they are providing me yet again with the number to their shop, when in my complaint I am stating that I attempted many times to contact them there and was met with utter disrespect every time, getting hung up on with no one willing to even have a conversation with me They did wrong by their customer in this case and they need to take responsibility for what happened Regards, [redacted] ***

As your complaint letter states of 9/1/*** *** was sold to another companyBeamer Auto LLC has been existed since and is a completely separate entity from *** *** and does not reflect any other business other than Beamer Auto itselfHow can a complaint made from
*** *** be carried over to Beamer Auto? I believe this would need to be complaint against just *** *** alone.Having said that, From the complaint letter customer provided their own part to *** *** to replace water pump and thermostatMost of shops will not warranty part and labor on any customer provided parts because of situations like this where customer provided part may be used or unknown qualityCustomer should have been informed about no warranty policy on used/parts provided by CustomerIf needed we can get in contact with previous *** *** representative and have them provide us with signed documentation from customer where above is clearly statedIf concern of Water pump was never replaced, customer had the option to ask for old parts back to confirm replacementHere at Beamer Auto We take Customer Service as #priority and our honesty and integrity made us successful so farWe continue to strive to be the best in the industry but that does not mean We are here to get taken advantage by customersShall there be any other questions feel free to Contact us by email *** or our shop # ***
