I am very sorry but I cannot accept this Company's response becuase first they stated that their original offer stands which was to retire the situation for a discount than in the same response they said they'd fix it at no cost I don't trust that my vehicle will be properly fixed by this company and I have already had to take it to another mechanic so there is really nothing they can do for my husband and I but give us a full refund because the work they were supposed to do on the car has to be redone in addition to the new issues with my car since letting them work on my carWe would really appreciate a refund so that we can be done with this company completely and move on with our lives this whole situation has been stressing me out and I have been without a car for two weeks now because it has to be fixed there is no apology that can make up for the time and extra mo eh we've had to spend because of this company I would just like them to take responsibility sibility and rectify this situation properly by giving us our money backThank you

up on 4/4/2015. One repair for the check engine light problem, another for a brake issue, and the third for a noise which was being made by the belt tensioner. Days after these repairs were made, the customer advised us that a new problem of the vehicle cutting off had developed. Occasionally when one part is replaced it starts working properly and can affect the system that can begin a new problem. We usually offer to tow in the car, or come pick it up at no charge if the new problem was related to any of the work already performed. After a few days on 4/11/2015 we got the vehicle back in, checked for codes and none were found. We cleaned the throttle body to try to improve the idle that would make the car cut off at times. This was done at no charge. We do not remember hearing from the customer that there was still an issue. We will not charge a customer for any work that we perform within 24 months or 24,000 miles related to an original repair.
