Ms [redacted] did contact us near the end of her day return period, however at that time she did not ask to return any product for refundShe explained that she wasn't getting the results that she was expecting from the whitening kitsHer sales rep, Erika R***, explained that it might be a bad or underperforming batch of our whitening gel, which despite our best efforts does happen occasionallyWe keep extensive records of any such problem issues, and we responded back to her on that same day that we had received no previous reports of problems with the batch that she had been sentNevertheless, we offered to send replacements and also to include additional types of whitening products at no charge for her to test Unfortunately, we heard nothing back from Ms [redacted] until nearly a full month later, on February 25th, when she emailed us stating that she was uninterested in keeping the product and wanted to return everything for a full refundIt was explained to Ms [redacted] at that time that she was well past the end of her day return windowWe regret that she is unhappy with her purchase, but we responded promptly to her original communication, and then heard nothing back for nearly a monthIf she had responded promptly to our response, she would still have been within the day window and could have returned product if she wished In the course of business, Beaming White always stands behind its guarantee of satisfaction to all of its customersHowever, given the fact that Ms[redacted] was almost days past the end of our publicly stated return window, added to the fact that she did not comply with any of the stated requirements of the return policy that was in effect at that time, Beaming White could not offer a refund for Ms [redacted] 's purchases

We're sorry that Mr. [redacted] had a problem with the product he received from us, however our records indicate that we contacted him within 24 hours of receiving his email advising us of the problem  Surely a vendor is entitled to a reasonable amount of time to respond before someone posts such...

Our customer service representative customer contacted him the day after his email was received, and she immediately arranged to send a Return Merchandise Authorization form and a prepaid return label. We have received the defective item back at our warehouse, and a replacement shipment has been processed and will be sent tomorrow, December 31.
We hope that this will satisfactorily resolve the issue.

We regret that she is unhappy with her purchase, but we responded promptly to her original communication, and then heard nothing back for nearly a month. If she had responded promptly to our response, she would still have been within the 30 day window and could have returned product if she wished. 
 
In the normal course of business, Beaming White always stands behind its guarantee of satisfaction to all of its customers. However, given the fact that Ms.[redacted] was almost 30 days past the end of our publicly stated return window, added to the fact that she did not comply with any of the stated requirements of the return policy that was in effect at that time, Beaming White could not offer a refund for Ms. [redacted]'s purchases.
