At Beamspeed we do our best to provide the absolute best service possible to our customers. Unfortunately there are a lot of variables when providing wireless internet service and most of them are out of our control. This particular connection is provide to a very remote area where there
are elements we can not control that occasionally affect service. We are happy to refund MrHealey if the service is not working properly

I will consider the matter closed after the refund. I was not informed that the service would be this bad and if indeed they can't provide the service I was paying for then why charge so much for the inferior product.Anyway they have admitted they know how bad the service is and are still ripping unsuspecting people off.Very unethical conduct

This company hasn't provided adequate service of internet in years, in a small town I can honestly say I speak for at a minimum of fifty other customers and if Beam Speed doesn't fix whatever issues need to be addressed immediately this is just the first step in being held accountable. Little to no service for me and many others for months at a time. On phone tech people who don't return calls on issues they're responsible for. The amount of people in this town that rely on their internet is growing every year and it seems the supply and demand have been overtly disproportionate for a long period of time.

Very unsatisfactory service. If my phone wasn't a WiFi hotspot I wouldn't have internet at this moment. I have made many phone calls and service works for a while, but nothing is ever fixed. Towers are saturated according to technical dept. and all they can do is patch temporarily. I guess its just the way it is here in Salton city. Nice friendly people but Im not getting service all the time like I pay for.

Review: The speed of the internet service is so bad that there are times I can't even check my email. I am paying for the highest package.

This the third time that I have complained to Beamspeed. They have told me that I was on the wrong tower and for a day the speed is what it should be but then it slows down again.

There have been a lot of complaints in my area. Some were so discouraged that they cancelled.

One person was finally told that the service is over sold. That sounds very dishonest to sell something that you can't provide.

I have been ripped off and so have many others.

I decided to file a complaint to try to save others from this very dishonest practice of selling what you can't provide. Actually it sounds unlawful.

I would rather do it this way first before examining other optionsDesired Settlement: Refund for the past 3 months
