I consigned clothing at [redacted] where I have been due to be paid out or my part of the sales since 2017. I have tried contacting the business numerous times where I was told that a check would be in the mail immediately to the business no longer using their phone, [redacted] , etc. Today, I was contacted by a lady claiming that she has some of my items and the owner of the store has up and left the business with not paying any of his consignors out. She claims that she is not being paid to contact everyone, the owner is not relying to everyone, and she does not have any connections to payments.

I dropped off a large amount of clothes, shoes, and toys to be consigned back in August Last I checked Ihad close to $on my account but I was never paid They are not monitoring facebook, not returning emails or answering their phones

I was to be issued a consignor check for payout on 8/15/Never received checkCalled times and spoke to salesperson who took my name and phone number, told me they had issues with the bank sending out checks to consignorsOwner never called me back after multiple timesI then Facebook messaged the store and was told my check was sent outThis was on 9/27/I have since messaged the owner and have yet to receive any response

This is a consignment storeI was informed to bring my spring/summer items back in around March I was also handed a paper to be signed with their rules and regulationsI asked when I was going to receive my pay out of my current balance, I was informed that checks were to be mailed out the week before that spring consignment was to be dropped off I had my spring consignment ready to take into the storeI saw the a notice on the doorI decided to ask why weren't they taking consignment and why haven't the checks mailed outThe clerk told me she didn't know was going on and she gave me an email address to contact the ownerI have done soI thought I better contact you all first I work out at a local gym nearby the next dayI saw another sign posted on the door and absolutely no cars for employeesUnfortunately, I didn't receive a copy of the document thatI had signed from them

About a year ago I began consigning clothing and accessories to *** *** *** in
*** *** There was a written agreement (drawn up by ***) with all the details of that agreement (including when and how payout would be handled).I signed the agreement and received a regular payouts directly from *** when applicable.The problem began when *** informed me they'd be using a third party (I believe a local bank) to handle the payoutsThis change happened around April I have NEVER received a payout since then, even though I was informed by multiple *** employees that I have had a balance on my account which qualified for a payoutI was told by the employees that there must be a glitch or somethingI've been patient, but this issue has gone on long enough and it needs to be resolved

I consigned multiple items of clothing several months ago, my balance with the consignment shop shows that I am due to receive $as payment for the items I consigned which are supposed to be paid the following month These items were consigned in December and I have not been paid I have sent six emails and tried to contact the shop but the phone is out of service (and has been) The hours of operation are the same as when I work Evidently this has happened to a number of people They are taking people's items, selling them and then making it almost impossible to receive payment for your items! Which is the same as stealing! I want my money that I am owed and this business needs to be shut down! You cannot take people's items and then never pay them! Consignor's sign a contract and it states you will be paid the following month on the 15th!

Beginning in July 2017, the owner stopped sending out checks at all, or in a timely manner, to consignors whose items he sold We've been met with months and months of excuses about location changes, banking changes, "system" changes, changes to payout schedules, and now there's no working business phone, facebook isn't monitored, and emails go unanswered The store owner is no longer communicating with consignors and is currently in breach of his contract with many consignors

I closed out my consignment account with Beans back in a December It is now the end of February and I have yet to receive my final checkI have sent numerous messages to their *** page, left messages at the store, and emailed them and have heard nothing backThey haven’t sent out my check (over $50) or contacted me back

This business owes me money, they are a consignment shop that I had my stuff in to sellThey had a location in Hanover Pennsylvania, but close that due to unknown issuesI had my items in their hanover location before they closed I took most of my items out of their Hanover location but was told that whatever was left would be going to another one of their locations for them to continue to sellThat was back in August and they owed me and a bunch of other people paychecks from our items being soldI have yet to receive my check from them and I have contacted them on numerous occasions and was told that they would look into it, the website that I had set up my account with to keep track of what I had sold and what money was owed to me has now been taken down and I cannot access itThey also charge a dollar service fee for being on that website per month and even though I haven’t had my items in their shop since August and they’ve owed me money For that long they were still char

Beans Community Closet was a cosignment storeHad an account there and went to take more in and they were closed and cleaned outNever contacted customers or distrubuted any monies dueNever left anyone know they were closing outI'm due $and not able to acces the website email to prove that's what's due beause they shut the site and phone number downAlso the one in Newville PA is closedThis is theft because they left with our money and items we were unable to gather if we wanted to get them to take other places or bring back home

They have not been paying for my consignments Have moved their business, yet again this week for the 4th time in our town of Waynesboro
