and deductions every year along with a checklist of the items that you provided us the previous year. The info that is sent is not the same from year to year but it defiantly has been in our literature in the past. Regardless, the clients that chose to mail in their tax information are not called and about every line on the tax return. I’d never get any returns done if I did that. Also in our year end letter it says to go to our website and more information and there under “Resources” is a tax organizer and on the 2nd page it asks if you have long term care insurance. I am not willing to amend their returns at this point even for a fee. I have had an issue with her in the past and I’m done.

BeanCounters Inc owner, Janell [redacted], did not appologize for her unprofessional behavior of yelling at me and hanging up on me while I was calmly asking her a question over the phone. Her letter in the Revdex.com response was reasonable and I accept that. Her behavior was not. She may say, "I'm done." but I disagree. When one behaves unprofessionally, One is not done untill one appologizes for that poor behavior.
