We signed up for a TV and wireless package with this company because they came to our building and advertised a special price for 6 months. They then emailed one time in April to say the promotion was ending. We didn't read this emall and ended up being charged an astronomical amount for a few months before we noticed so we decided to cancel. What followed is a request to cancel that has started from July until supposedly now because even though we have been cancelled we are still receiving invoices for a $20 amount. I have screenshots of many email correspondences where they claim we didn't give a written request to cancel so I attached a screenshot that confirmed we paid all the amounts owed and they would start the process for cancellation. Then they claimed we did not return an item so couldn't cancel us. Even during the cancellation process when we returned the items in person we had to take a photo of their staff holding the box because we knew they would claim we didn't come by, they did this as well so we sent them the photo. I can send all email correspondences as well as the latest invoice they have sent us. If you read the breakdown the invoice doesn't tell us why we owe $20.

It's been 4 months and his company won't stop *** us.
