[redacted],  Below is a copy of the response I sent to [redacted].  He apparently had sap on his vehicle that had been on his car for a long time for it not to come off. A Touch Free Wash will not clean sap from a car that's been sitting for weeks with it on the vehicle. ...

  Since  he refused to allow our manager to rewash him in the Soft-cloth, I sent him the below message this morning with other good options or him.  Please read below.

            We just received notice from the Revdex.com
of the incident that occurred at our car wash Saturday.  I’m sorry that you were unhappy with your
wash and please know that we want everyone to leave a happy and satisfied
customer.  We can return your $7 back.
That is no problem.   If you paid by
credit, e-mail me back with just the last four digits of your credit card and I’ll
be glad to credit your account.  If you
paid cash, I can send you a gift card for $25 so you can spend at the car wash
for future washes.  But please know we
will make it right for you.  Let me know
what you would prefer.  If you want the
gift card, just reply back to me and let me know and we’ll get that right out
to you.  I’ll wait to hear back from
you. 
I understand that you went through the Touch Free
Car Wash where there is no friction (cloth) that ever touches the car.  What touches the car are chemicals and high
powered water. Andrew offered to send you through the soft-cloth, and I
understand that some customers don’t want any cloth touching their vehicles.  Express means that we don’t wash the car by
hand as a full-service car wash does.  In
those instances you pay $25-$39 or more for a wash as opposed to $7.  However, our touch free wash is a superior
wash and does a great job; but if it didn’t take something off your car, it was
probably because it was on the vehicle for a while.  We want you to be happy with your wash and we
hope you give us a chance to make it right. 
Andrew apparently felt it needed friction to take it off, but please let
me know what you’d like me to do from the options above.  Thank you for your feedback; we appreciate

Great Business! Superior Customer Service! A week ago I received incorrect information about the operations of a no touch car wash. The owners son took his time to explain their operations and science behind their facility! Frankly, I found the precautions behind ensuring your car is safe while providing efficient cleanly service amazing! Out side of great customer service they have a well maintained grounds, efficient equipment, excellent prices and FREE vacuums????

Review: On Saturday, April 26, I had my car washed at the cloth less side of the facility. When I parked to vacuum, I noticed that many of the tree petals that were on my car had not come off. I asked an attendant and he said it was an "express" car wash and I should not expect that it would clean them. I then showed him how easily they came off. He said he could run the car through the cloth side which I did not want. I asked him who we could escalate my concern to and he said he was it. I asked him his name and he responded "Andrew".Desired Settlement: 1. Establishment's definition of express so that customers understand the expectation

2. Refund of $7 for the wash.
