I had a rifle on layaway and had changed my mindWhen I went to get my money back I was denied the refundThe owner is the constable in Boerne txI told him that I would pay a restocking fee for the trouble but He told me that I had minute to make up my mind on wether I finished paying for the rifle or get nothing at all and if I didn't leave he would arrest me on the spotWhen I asked him what was the arrest based on, he told me criminal trespassingI don't believe he should be bullying people out of their money by being an officer I paid for the rifle, finished the paper work and was told not to return everThere was his employees that saw the whole thing and customers as well

When I asked him what was the arrest based on, he told me criminal trespassing. I don't believe he should be bullying people out of their money by being an officer. I paid for the rifle, finished the paper work and was told not to return ever. There was his employees that saw the whole thing and 2 customers as well.
