I leased a car from Bear Auto they will not service the car as agreed on the warrantee and keep telling me to come back when I bring the car in. I leased a car from Bear Auto and they did not give me the car on the agreed upon date stating they were repairing the car. I received the car a few days later and they did nit detail the car as agreed and there was a problem with the brakes squeezing and the brake light. I brought the car back and they agreed to fix it, but asked me to co e back because they were busy. I brought the car back again and they again asked me to come back to get the car serviced another day as agreed on the 30 day warranty. Every time I bring the car back there is an excuse not to fix the brakes or get the car detailed. They keep telling me to come back. I believe they re trying to stall time until the warranty is up. I told them I would return the car and they denied the return stating that I cannot give it back even though they are not honoring my contract. They told me I have to pay it off and then I can return it to them, but I'm not going to pay off a car and return it to them. They are not honoring the contract and they keep asking me to come back and there is an excuse every time. I paid the money for the car on 9/5/4 and they didn't give me the car until 9/8/14. I'm concerned that 30 days are approaching and I' not able to get this situation resolved.Desired SettlementI would like for them to honor the contract and detail the car and repair the brakes, or I would like a replacement car just as I asked them on 9/27/14. If they refuse these two options, I would like a refund and I want to be released from the contract.Mr. [redacted] bought a vehicle from Bear Auto Inc. and it was financed not leased. When Mr. [redacted] agreed to purchase the vehicle he was told that there was work needed to be don on the vehicle and it would take a few days. Immediately first thing the next day he was demanding the vehicle and was told that we wanted to do a safety check and make sure any work that needed to be done was done prior to delivering the vehicle. He persisted in his demands to get the car immediately for the next 2 days. During the safety check it was determined that the brakes were somewhat worn so the rotors and brake pads were replaced. (prior to delivery). The vehicle was brought to an independant Massachusetts Inspection station and it pass the saftey and emmission inspection. The car was cleaned but Mr. [redacted] wanted more done and it was agreed to.Mr. [redacted] has indicated that he had concerns regarding the brakes. Each time Mr. [redacted] has come in it is after 4:00pm in the afternoon without an appointment. We close at 5:00pm and each time we request that he bring the car in first thing in the morning the next morning. (we open at 8:00) Each time he refuses. We cannot diagnose and/or fix a car that we do not have available. Most recently, this past Saturday he came in sometime after 11:00am without an appointment. (Our hours of operation on Saturday are 8am to 1pm with appointment only service department coverage.) Again he was told to bring the vehicle in first thing Monday and he stormed out.We are happy to check and correct any brake problem clean (detail) the car and honor the warranty but the customer needs to allow us the time to do so. Showing up with less than an hour in the day and/or without an appointment does not allow for the outcome he desires. In no way are we attempting to delay or not honoring the warranty. We cannot resopnd unless we have the car and time to do so.We will schedule an appointment for the following day if a request if it is made M-Th. We will need to have the vehicle left with us for any disgnosis and repair time needed. ASaturday appointment would need to be made further in advance of a 1 day notice but will be made as quickly as possible.
