This lot has no morals, I am a single mother barley making ends meetWhen I needed a car I decided to go to all about cars and spoke with Dez who sold me a JettaI drove it off the lot and days later I brought it back, I said it was shifting weird on the freeway and I couldn't figure out whyDez drove it and came back saying that it shifts different because its a turboHe told me if it gets worse to bring it back, weeks later is started getting worse and worse I brought it to a mechanic and he said it might be the catalytic converter but he would keep my car and find outI called the lot and spoke with a man I assumed was the owner asking if he would help since I had not had the car very long and I brought it back after the 2nd day he said he would help with some of the costThe mechanic told me when driving it he could tell something was wrong but there were no codes so he couldn't tell for sureI took my car back and after a few more weeks I brought it back when the light came on (at this point it was so bad I couldn't get on the freeway) the mechanic checked it again, the transmission was bad it needed to be completely replaced and the codes had been cleared before so he was not able to see themThe transmission for my car used is 2,700-3,since my warrantee only covers $3,I was determined to find a shop that was not to much over thatI went to different shops and finally found one that had a good warantee on their transmission and they would be able to do it for 3,which I didn't think was that bad because just the transmission was 3,I had $which was all of my savings I applied to the balance I was $dollars short I called the lot to help me out because he had told me before he wouldDez told me to go to their mechanic and he would do it for 3kI called the mechanic did not speak English and had no warantee on the used transmission he was putting in my car (the last thing I needed was to trade one problem for another) and my uncle who is a judge found that the mechanic had pending small claims cases against him from previous customers and had horrible reviews saying he scams peopleI did not want to bring my car there, so I called and told Dez I wanted to bring it to my mechanic and I would need their help with the $left overI have called twice every single day for the past week and no one will return my calls, not one call back and no one wants to address this problemI went to the company and the owner wasn't there so there was nothing they could doI have tried so hard to just get $dollars from this lot for help with a car that's transmission went out days after I bought the car and nothingThey just completely ignore me, now I have to go get a loan to pay the $I am short on repairs in order to get my carDO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! They buy their cars from auction do not have them checked at all and even if a problem arises immediately after they will do nothing to help you in any way they will ignore you until you go awayI am so disappointed with the moral value of this company
