I was under the understanding they was finishing up with new lady that bought my office in springfield And also they bought pkg laser treatments and as you know they started those in February and there spaced out weeks apart The
husband did year unlimited laser and he has been done with that pkg a wellI was still lasering them and didn't charge cause that was what I was doing for them in my business and the new lady that bought me out finished the ladies treatments and the was going to charge them touchup prices ! They want me to do laser on them for as long as they have hair and I sold out of that office I let them know I was finishing up clients In springfield and they are more than welcome to come up there and they said yes and I have text messages stating thatI feel like I don't need this reported if there coming back to meWe are starting back up in oct due to kids having volleyball games Also I don't feel likes business owner needs punished for selling out and to have to refund for all of the treatments when they did them allIt's like returning a meal at a restaurant and saying it was bad but you ate it all and you want it for freeThanks

Jodie verbally stated to all three of us that "she would completely finish us and remove all hair even if our 'package' was done"...we still have not reached that finish point
Jodie offered to 'finish' us in Springfield instead of us driving on a hour trip to Mountain Groappreciate thatBUT, she is only in her Springfield office ONE DAY per month! In September, our daughter had a volleyball game on the evening that Jodie was there...so she moved our appointment to Octobhave not been given that date yet by her
If my daughter has a game on that night, then that'll be another month that we are not getting "finished" by Jodie
I do understand that there may be the need for touch-ups in the future IF hair grows backBUT, first the hair needs removed (as was promised by Jodie)I still have major hair growth on my back, chest, shoulders, face and neckI still have to shave my face and neck on a daily basisWe have NOT been fully provided what we purchased or what was agreed upon by Jodie yet
We do appreciate the offer by Jodie to FINISH us...We'll dismiss the case when we all feel we got what we paid for-"complete hair removal", not just a temporary or partial treatmentI'm hopeful that will not take long

I sent them the date for the oct day that I am in Springfield in a text and as they also no the reason why I'm not up there much is because my daughter also plays volleyball and that is one thing I will try to be at is my kids games Once seaon is over I can give them more dates I just can't right now due to a very busy volleyball schedule I hope they understand that Also I doing everything I can to make them satisfied as I do to all clients ! I work very hard to keep a good name for my business and will do the same with them on making sure there satisfied Thanks
