Bear Creek Landscapes

Bear Creek did a significant landscaping project for us in the spring of 2015. The crew was wonderful - very willing to work with us and going above and beyond while doing the plantings, etc. Taylor was not always quickly responsive to phone calls, but would eventually get back to us. In the contract, it is stated that Bear Creek would stop periodically stop by the property to be sure that plants were doing well and being care for properly. We were never aware that they did this. The contract also states that all to the plants are warranted to be alive and thriving for a year after installation. If they are not, they were to be replaced at no cost to us. When one of the bushes died within a few months, I left a message for Taylor informing him of that - with no response from him. In early spring of 2016, it was apparent that 3 more plants were not coming back. I again left messages informing Taylor of this (all within a year of final installation). Hearing no response from him, I then emailed Taylor at the Bear Creek email address, requesting the 4 plants either be replaced or a check issued to us in the amount we paid so that we could purchase new pants - again no response. While we felt the work done by the crew was good, we would definitely not recommend Bear Creek to someone wanting to have landscaping done due to Taylor's lack of responsiveness and his failure to honor the terms of his contract.
