I spoke with her last week We took care of the problem over a month ago Her teenage son was home as she was not Apparently , he forgot to tell her as we asked him to Lesson here Do not rely on teenage kids to communicate with the customer She has a couple of small problems that we will take care of under warrantyEverything is ok
