I am rejecting this response because:I became upset when you repeatedly stated that you notified the number that made the appointment which was not true. You texted my husband's phone instead. As he has told you he can not answer his phone or texts while at work and runs heavy equipment and wouldn't even hear it. He asked you to make the appointment at 2:in the afternoon when he would be available, but you refused. You called me to set up the appointment and I called you back to set up the appointment. You refused to service the safe after pm, but weren't even getting to our property until after 1:so that's not really right since you couldn't possibly be at the appointment after to start off. I rearranged my entire schedule to be available at pm and I did not receive a text telling me you were running late. I did NOT make abusive comments I became angry at your condescending remarks you continued and I became more upset I did not yell at you. You in fact yelled at me and were RUDE. Customers deserve to be treated better than your service and you are flat out lying in this statement. My complaint stands with the Revdex.com and I will not remove my complaint.

I appreciate your feedback but we will not be able to do any work for you. We were indeed minutes late but we did send a text message to the phone number that the call was set up with. We were about minutes away from you when you called at 1:30. We set the 1:call time
because we do not start safe jobs in Grants Pass after 1pm to make sure that we do not go into overtime.Due to the abusive comments made over the phone call and your overall attitude towards us I made the decision to not have you as a customer. I cancelled the call at that point. We let Browning know that they will need to contact another locksmith to complete this job

The final answer is that we are not willing to have you as a customer.  Please take your business elsewhere and I hope you find success with a different company.
