As I spoke to all of the people at Bear, it was not the product that I am disappointed with, it's the way the finance company they provide stated that I had until 9-19-to purchase the door.If the financial institution they recommend / provided puts in writing that I have three months to decide then they should either honor thatNeither did they refund me the fees for putting my check in too earlyAs I told them the contract was not properly explainedI will have the door installed, but would never refer them to anyone for business

I spoke to this customer and we are working together on the mistake from *** *** *** **mpany.I will have the problem rectified within a week or so.Customer told me as long as the problem is rectified, he will retract the original complaint. Andrea ***

Hello,Im sorry I couldnt respond earlier, my email has changed.Mr *** contacted us at the same time as he had filed a complaint and I sent out the deposit.It was my fault, I take full responsibility for missing that.I havent heard back from him and the check was cashed so I considered this

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10887305, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I am still quiet disappointed with the service.   A business should not take a deposit and then leave the customer waiting for 3 plus weeks with no contact on when the job will begin. We were even considering having some windows installed, but after this experience we will not and we will NOT recommend them to anyone.
