Review: MY son brought his coomputer to Bear Computer repair in shelton ! the man said he could fix it ! we waited and waited calling ! the man said it was a burnt out mother board!!!!!!the man charges 125 for a new board so we paid in full! then after another 3 weeks the man said he ordered the wrong mother board and was getting another one !!! we called weekly to check on it !!!!!!!!!!! finally after 2 months we gave up trying to get the man to fix the computer and asked for the computer back!!!!!!!!!!!!! the man wont give my son his money!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've already agreed to work on the machine and fix it. I believe we came to an agreement to fix the computer back to it's original condition as promised. We spoke on 4/12/2013 and made an agreement to get it fixed by 4/17/2013.

THE MAN ASSURED ME THE COUMPUTER WOULD E FIXED BY TODAY WEDENSDAY aPRIL 17!!!!!!!!!! I CANNOT GET A HOLD OF THE MAN!!!!!plEASE HELP ME ! I WANT MY COMPUTER FIXED AND OR MY COMPUTER RETURNED AND MY MONEY BACK OF HE CANNOT REPAIR IT !!! I DO NOT NEED THIS STRESS FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!! Bear repair has assured me that my song computer is fixed and almost done
!!!!I will give the man a chance!!!!!apparently it was a misunderstanding ! he never said he wouldnt refund my money!!!!!!!!But I really want my sons computer fixed so I am going to wait and see how it goes before I make any further stantments ! If in fact the computer gets fixed I will recind my complaint !! it actually sounds as if the man is trying now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
