Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As owner well knows, a cord is 4x4x8. I told him I hired someone to stack it. Well short of 3 cords. Will send him another pic. He knows the truth, has not come out as he said he would, not correspondedas he said he would, etc. almost 4 months to resolve, having to pay more $ as a result. Let's see if he keeps this promise. unavailable.For your information, firewood stacked any which way should equal at least square feet to be a truecord of woodOur truck that was used to deliver your cords of firewood actually holds square feet.Out of about cords of firewood delivered this year, we have only received one complaint....yours.When David delivered this firewood to you and notified you by phone that it was being delivered, youstated your were out of town but asked for the delivery to take place anyway.We believe that since this firewood that was personally delivered to you by the company owner wellexceeded the required cord (square feet) amount, it is likely some of this wood was removedbetween delivery time and your return back to your home by unknown persons.We would recommend that in the future to ensure the quantity and quality of products being deliveredto your home that you would have someone available to inspect the products before acceptingWe havealso made a new policy in our company going forward, to not complete any deliveries to any clients without that client being available to inspect and accept the requested product.As we believe maintaining customer relations is of utmost importance, we have sent a refund check of$to you by check # *** as a goodwill gesture.David *V***- ownerBear Mountain Fire & Forestry

We have responded in a timely fashion, issued a full refund via certified mail, with a stated corrective plan of action.
