decorationsThat is not normally one of the sales coordinator’s dutiesBrides and grooms almost always have florists and other friends to decorate for them so that our sales coordinator can attend to the brideAt no time was Sandra, our sales coordinator, supposed to get the rings from the room.Also, as stated in the contract, the hotel rooms were to be “verified by you and any other guests staying by July ***.” We have an email from August *** stating *** *** was at fault for not confirming hotel reservations. Even though the Inn believes we provided the service and food quality as required by the contract, we had previously offered *** *** a $1,credit, which she refused. The Bear Mountain Inn hosts many weddings without incident*** ***’s wedding reception had many incidents (though not as she described them), but not because of anything done by the Inn’s staff.Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to dispute the allegationsThe Inn stands behind its services and will continue to go above and beyond expectations for our wedding parties.Alicia D***Managing Director

I am in the process of replacing my cell phone as I am having issues with my old phone. Has [redacted] tried my land line? No, is the answer. I have better things to do in my life than to look for a ""FREE '' repair. This has been going on for more than 3 months now, and ** still does not have the decency to at least have had a look at it.
