Review: Director of Business Development, **. [redacted], forged mine and my husband's signatures on a lease document. He then mailed mailed this document to a leasing company and lied to them by saying we signed the document.Desired Settlement: We would like our refund of the $305 administration fee, which he collected.

My husband I met w/**. [redacted] on October 8 in [redacted], NY, at the salesman's office when we ordered our yogurt machines. At that time only my husband signed a lease for 2 machines, my signature was not required. We had to make an initial deposit at that time.

Then on Friday, Dec. 27, we received copies of the lease from [redacted] in the mail and those copies had both of our signatures, which were forged by **. [redacted]. We did not sign another lease as **. [redacted] indicates we did in an email we received (see below):

have a call into [redacted] and [redacted]. I wanted to let you know that the

documents were signed in person at Specialized Equipment in [redacted] NY. [redacted]

and [redacted] were there when I brought up the lease, had it signed and

collected a check. This was back on October 8. I had them sign another set of

documents after that because the name was changed to [redacted]

LLC.

The

terms were the same as when I had them sign the lease in person. The legal name

had changed.
