On July 13th MrHall met with [redacted] at her house at [redacted] ***At that meeting [redacted] decided to purchase windows ( double hung with grids in beige) for $1,and she put $down with her [redacted] cardMr Hall told her it would be between 4- weeks to get her windows ordered, manufactured and installed [redacted] agreed to proceed, she signed a contract and she accepted a notice of cancellationOn June 23rd our window installer John Gwent to [redacted] s house to take exact measurements for her orderOn July 18th [redacted] sent a email trying to cancel her order, she was told her windows would be in very soon and that her time to cancel had ended[redacted] s window were installed between July 28th and 29th Ms [redacted] called our office on the 31st of July to pay her $1,balance by [redacted] cardOn August 3rd Ms [redacted] called to ask for a invoice pertaining to of her windows so she could get someone else to pay for them we were happy to helpOn August 5th [redacted] called to complain about chalk bubbling and a scratchMs [redacted] agreed to have us out on August 11th to look at her complaint and she was not home we tried for several days to reach her but she would not answer callsFinally after trying for days she called back and we decided to meet her at her house on August 30th with Ms [redacted] , C.H.Iowner Rob Montanus and installer John GWe agreed to fix the chalk and scratchMs [redacted] also asked us to quote her on a new back entry door at this meetingWe tried for the next week to reach [redacted] concerning these repairs and her quote finally after the 8th of September her service work was completedWe were working on a bid for her door when this B.B.Bcomplaint came in and now have decided to offer her no more workMs [redacted] told MrHall how she got her kitchen done for free by [redacted] and later she told both Rob Montanus and John Ghow not only she got her kitchen for free but how she likes to complain about companies and to give bad reviewsOur position is as follows: Ms [redacted] ordered her windows and was told it would take 4-weeks and they were installed with in weeks and we have here credit card purchases to prove itIn that week time she had her day resicion period, Sundays and the July 4th HolidayHer claims of it taken to long are bogus and her service was taken care of and to her likingMs [redacted] is asking for a full refund and that is ridiculous, no company in this city would be unhappy with a week turn around and no customer would eitherWe here at C.H.Ihope that the good folks at the B.B.Bsee through this woman and her bogus complaintsThank you
