this is a company of crooks,they had me wait days before they showed up (because they come through homeshield insurance),for a broken water heater when we didnot have hot water for the family and kidds for three days,then this crook harry showed up to say its the rhe valve gas control broken and he does not have one on his truck.I offered to go pickup the the piece for him if he come back to install it,he refused saying because he has to get authority from Homeshield ins then order it and it will be a few days before he comes back to install it ,of course he remembered to tell me that I can have him install a new one out of my pocket and it is done today
when I refused he left,upon checking with Homeshield they said he could have authorized it on the spot by calling them,they talked to him and he got angry and tried to retaliate by telling the company that this service is not covered because he saw lynt at the bottom of the heater which is a lie he claim that it came from my drier that is may feet away and the water heater is enclosed by a cabinet and a door that keep it clean always

Jon and David there to minutes, charged me to fix toilet's phantom flushing And they stole my spare flapper sitting on the shelf
I know parts were never more than 25.00, when previously bought
Contract date incorrect, no paid receipt....says balance due
I wrote a check payment in full amount
