to remain patient during the construction process, and we tried to assure Mr*** that Bear Roofing & Exteriors was continuing to work on his behalf. Now that the work is completed, Mr*** has stated he is going to withdraw this complaint and is completely satisfied with the workThe following outlines the facts and clarifies any incorrect statements presented by Mr***. We completed roofing and step-flashing flawlessly and to codeIn fact, the job passed on first inspection and was NEVER "flagged" by an inspectorThe customer made changes based on personal preferences; we have facilitated these requests to the best of our abilityThe options for the step-flashing were discussed prior to installation and the changes were agreed upon in order to meet codeAfter installation, Mr*** did not like the appearance upon its completionThis had nothing to do with product nor the quality of workWe immediately contacted the insurance company and arranged for the stucco company to provide a bidDue to Bear Roofing’s insurance knowledge and relationships with quality subcontractors, the changes were covered by the insurance company and completed as he requestedAt present, the work is completedMr*** is completely satisfiedAs always, we completed quality work and went above and beyond to honor the additional requestsBear Roofing & Exteriors is committed to excellence

We have had numerous requests from [redacted] in the past and we have always been over to check out her concerns related or non-related to us.  [redacted] did contact us to do a repair on her siding in November.   We received a few calls from [redacted] and told her we would about to...

look at and do any repairs needed, but may need some extra time as we were finishing up a busy season.  The loose siding was repaired on 12/15/17.  We knew we were going to get to the repair,  but may have failed to reassure  [redacted] we would be out to do the reapair once time permitted.
