Review: We rented apartment in Bear run village. We left it on 8/3/2014. As part or rental agreement we cleaned apartment and did a professional carpet cleaning in order to receive our security deposit. Carpet did not have any spots even before cleaning. We submitted receipt for cleaning as it was required by agreement. Very much to our surprise Bear run associates hold 100$ for removal of carpet spot. This spot never existed. I tried to contact management with no avail. I"d like to have 100$ returned back to us.Desired Settlement: 100$ returned back to us.
