Please note when property staff conducted the walk through with client areas of concern were pointed out to resident to include the dirty ceiling fan, dirty refrigerator, and the drip pansThe resident stated all concerns
would be cleaned up and that he would even go down the street to purchase replacement drip pans for the stove; after that the client never came backStaff went back to view the apartment and noticed the items of concern were not addressedAdditionally, the client had left boxes of personal documentsOur leasing agent, contacted the client to inform him of the condition of the apartment and to advise him of the boxes of personal belongings in one of the cabinetsThe client shared none of that interested him and we could discard the boxesOur staff again shared these documents have your personal information (tax returns, legal documents, and paystubs) we can't just throw this out, and that she would shred the documents to avoid critical identity documents being dumped into trash dumpster
