[redacted] came into my office to do an interview with me for a job position we had available. Prior to this, he had spoken to my co-worker [redacted]z on the phone. See his report attached. After reviewing Mr. [redacted] qualifications,...

I explained to him that his qualifications were great for the position, but I noticed he did not have a resume on file. He said that he knew he didn't have one on file. I explained that it was not a problem, that we had an excellent resume builder on our website. I turned my laptop around to show Mr. [redacted] how easy it was to use our resume builder on our website, this is when Mr. [redacted] became very belligerent, sat on his hands and refused to look at my screen. At this time, Mr. [redacted] stated he was not going to create a resume because he did not need one to do a job. I explained to Mr. [redacted] that in order to submit him for this pOSition or any other position with this client on their website, they require a resume. This is when Mr. [redacted] began raising his voice at me & telling me that I was refusing to place him at our client. He also stated that he had tried several times on his own applying directly with our client and has not heard back. I explained to Mr. [redacted] that it is because he needs to apply with a resume and tried again to show him how easy our resume builder was to use. I even explained to him that it was easier to use then filling our application online, which Mr. [redacted] had already completed our online application. Mr. [redacted] proceed to tell me that it was my job to put him in a position at my clients since my co worker had called him, and therefore if a resume needs to be done, I had all the information and I needed to do my job. Then he told me he would pay me to do the resume. I told Mr. [redacted] that I would help him with getting set up on the resume builder and he refused. After 45 minutes of trying to help Mr. [redacted] and listening to his rebuttal with temper tantrums, I asked Mr. [redacted] to leave the office.

My name is [redacted]z and I contacted Mr. [redacted] on 8/3 to let him know we were updating our records. He contacted me by phone and I spoke with him about the job opportunities and how important it was for him to update his resume'. He explained that he was not very good at doing resumes. I told him that we would explain to him how to complete the resume builder on our website. I told him that we could do a phone interview so he would not have to travel. At this pOint, he stated he was coming into town anyway and he would just schedule the appointment for when he was in town. Mr. [redacted] arrived for the interview and went over his application with [redacted] informed Mr. [redacted] that he had to provide a resume for the job available, at this point she also brought up the resume builder on our website and turned the computer screen to show him how to go about completing his resume. He continued to complain and argue about doing a resume. He kept saying that he would pay someone to do it for him and in my opinion he was attempting to get one of us to do it for him. [redacted] told him that we do not complete applications or resumes for people, that would be up to the applicant. She also explained that if the applicant does not have a resume, the employer would not even consider looking at the applicant. Mr. [redacted] continued to complain and argue and at no point did [redacted] raise her voice or be disrespectful. She asked Mr. [redacted] to leave the office and he was upset because we would not do his resume for him. He continued to complain and argue as he left the office. I witnessed the entire interview and his statement is not true by any means
