To whom it may concern, Around June 15tr", a first time customer dropped off a bride maids dressWhen the customer dropped off the dress it had red/pink stains on the top frontI informed the customer that we would try and remove the stains
but I wasn't a 100% sure that they would come offdry cleaned the dress and the stains remained the sameThe customer came in to pick up the dressThe customer's husband noticed that the stain was still intact, so I offered to redo the dress once I received new chemical for the machineI tried to remove the stain one more time but the stain remained the sameThe husband came in to see the dressMy daughter was there, she showed the dress to himHe saw that the stains were still thereHe asked if he could take pictures of it to show his wifeHe took the pictures and leftHe never asked to take the dress nor did he ask what else could be doneHe simply just walked outWe never received a payment nor charged them for the dressSince we were unable to take stains off, we informed the customer that we would not charge them

First the cleaners could not even produce the ticket for the garment at pickup, and in know way was there a stain on the dress before it was received, and there was no conversation about a stainWhen I went to pick the dress up, they tried to charge me for it and said nothing about a stain not coming outI noticed the stain outside of the location after paying for it and then took it back inThat was the first conversation about the stain was there when we brought the dress in, and he offered to try and clean it with the new chemical, which I feel he would of done the first time while the garment was at his store if the stain was there when it was brought in
With no disrespect, I say and know that the defendant is not being honest about this, and feels that he can take advantage of this because of his personal nature of saying whatever it takes to take the blame off of self
There is no way that the garment that was just worn in a wedding a few days prior would have faded stains on it or it would of also shown up in the pictures taken before hand
My request still stands that the cleaners refund the used cost of the dress
